Must have skills: Supply Chain Planning + Japanese (JLPT N1/N2)

Good To have skills: Exposure to planning tools such as o9, Kinaxis, Anaplan, OMP Supply

Experience: 2 - 6 years

Educational Qualification: MBA / master’s degree in industrial engineering, Operations Management, or Supply Chain Management
Engineering Degree/BBA/BBM
Japanese Language JLPT Level N3/N2/N1 or equivalent

Job Summary:

Project Delivery:

Lead and deliver project/multiple projects ensuring value delivery for the client within stipulated project timelines and budget

Manage client stakeholders across the board and Accenture project team

CXO level stakeholder management (Client and Accenture)

Monitor project financials and deliver against target profitability

Networking and Business Development

Create and manage good independent relationships with clients





Expand opportunities with existing clients through proactive identification of pain points and cutting-edge solutioning

Lead and drive solutioning for new business opportunities

Developing Thought Leadership and Assets

Ideate and develop cutting edge points of view/articles that drives Accenture equity in the market

Design and build assets that distinguish Accenture capabilities to drive additional business

Knowledge Management

Strong contribution to knowledge sharing efforts, reviews and continually improves processes so that the team and firm capture and leverage knowledge

People Management

Build a strong team and be a strong role model, act as mentor and coach to ensure team aspirations on career growth are balanced with the firm's expectations

Supply Chain Planning

Take up certifications/ get trained in Planning Tools like O9, Kinaxis, Anaplan, Blue Yonder and other tools as required
