The Role

Reporting to Head of Client Solutions, the Principal client Solutioning is responsible for leading enterprise customer engagements throughout the entire implementation lifecycle.

Working closely with Sales, Product Management, Engineering, Quality Assurance, Customer Success, and executive customer stakeholders, this role combines solution consulting, business analysis, technical advisory, and project delivery to ensure successful implementation of Traydstream’s SaaS platform.

The Principal client Solution serves as the primary day-to-day customer advisor, translating business requirements into scalable solutions while ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with customer objectives.

This position requires a robust understanding of enterprise SaaS implementations, Trade Finance operations, cloud technologies, integrations, project management, and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

Client Consulting & Solution Advisory

Lead customer discovery workshops to understand business, operational, and technical requirements.




Analyze existing Trade Finance processes and recommend best-practice solutions.
Advise customers on Traydstream’s platform capabilities, implementation strategy, and solution architecture.
Conduct solution presentations, product demonstrations, and technical workshops.
Build trusted relationships with customer stakeholders throughout the implementation lifecycle.
Act as the primary functional and technical advisor during customer engagements.

Business Analysis

Gather, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements.
Produce Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Specifications (FSDs), workflow diagrams, process maps, and solution documentation.
Translate business requirements into scalable product capabilities.
Conduct GAP analysis and recommend process improvements.
Facilitate requirements workshops and stakeholder interviews.
Maintain complete project documentation throughout
