What would you do? We are seeking a skilled facilitator with a strong foundation in adult learning and a commitment to continuous improvement. This role focuses on delivering effective, engaging,



and inclusive learning experiences across both in-person and virtual environments. As an Instructor at Career Level 9, you will facilitate sessions using a variety of delivery techniques, ensuring alignment with learning objectives and business context. You will collaborate closely with content, curriculum, and operations teams, and use learner feedback and session data to inform improvements. The ideal candidate brings experience facilitating learning for global audiences and is able to adapt delivery to meet diverse learner needs and cultural contexts.
