What would you do? This role is part of the Survey Solutions and Insights team. The Analyst is a senior individual contributor for the Global Listening — Custom Survey group,



responsible for delivering medium to high complexity online survey programs end-to-end on Forsta HX (formerly Confirmit) and / or Qualtrics XM. The Analyst works directly with global stakeholders, owns project execution from brief to handoff, mentors junior team members, and is expected to read research intent behind survey requirements — flagging bias, sampling, or flow issues before coding starts. The role demands robust attention to detail, programming depth, and the ability to translate captured data into clean, reportable outputs.

What are we looking for?

4 - 6 years of relevant experience
Degree in IT/Computer Application or equivalent
Proficiency in Forsta HX (formerly Confirmit) — Authoring, Reportal or Studio — and / or Qualtrics XM.
JavaScript, HTML 5, CSS, jQuery
Proficiency in using MS Office.
VBA scripting / Power Apps / Power BI / Python
Communication (Written & Oral) excellence – English language.
