What would you do? The Compensation & Benefits Associate provides transactional and administrative support for compensation and benefits services.



The role focuses on processing employee and manager requests related to salary changes, benefits administration, and compensation updates by following defined processes and work instructions. The associate ensures data accuracy, confidentiality, and timely resolution of requests while delivering a high level of customer service.

What are we looking for? Relevant years of experience into HR Operations or Shared Services experience

Exposure to Compensation & Benefits or employee data management processes is an advantage"
Bachelor’s degree (B.A / B.Com / B.Sc / B.Tech or equivalent).
"Must be open to Australian shift timings: (9 am to 5 pm) Australian time" "
Basic understanding of Compensation & Benefits and HR Operations processes
Strong attention to detail with focus on data accuracy
Working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Good written and verbal communication skills in English
Customer service orientation and ability to handle sensitive
