About the Role
We are a growing Managed Service Provider (MSP) delivering IT infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, and end-user support services to a diverse portfolio of clients. We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Senior Managed Services Engineer (L1/L2 Support) with 2 to 5 years of experience supporting multiple client environments.
This is a client-facing role requiring strong technical expertise across Microsoft environments, networking, systems administration, cybersecurity, and remote support. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to manage and resolve technical issues efficiently while delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
Provide advanced technical support to end-users and client environments across multiple accounts.
Deliver remote support for desktops, laptops, servers, networks, Wi-Fi, printers,



mobile devices, and business applications.
Perform system deployments, upgrades, migrations, and configuration changes.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to operating systems, networking, Microsoft 365, servers, and cloud-based services.
Investigate root causes of recurring issues and implement long-term solutions to improve system reliability and performance.
Support the administration and maintenance of client infrastructure, including servers, workstations, networking equipment, and cloud services.
Deploy, manage, and monitor systems using RMM and monitoring platforms.
Implement cybersecurity best practices including endpoint protection, MFA, backup management, patch management, vulnerability remediation, and incident response.
Assist in infrastructure assessments and provide recommendations for system improvements, performance optimization, and security enhancements.
