Your Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Talent Acquisition Intern in
Mumbai. This individual will play a critical role in building our talent
pipeline, elevating our employer brand, and ensuring we attract top-tier talent
across diverse functions and markets. The ideal candidate is a seasoned sourcing




professional with strong candidate management and project management skills and
a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.

This is a hybrid position based in Mumbai, India.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

* Report and work closely with the Talent Acquisition Lead who is based in
Mumbai, India
* Assist with the recruitment process, including strategy development, posting
jobs, sourcing, diversity recruiting, candidate outreach, and hiring
* Build a pipeline of talent by sourcing candidates via Greenhouse, our
Applicant Tracking System, and LinkedIn Recruiter
* Support early career recruitment, programme management and drive outreach
initiatives (e.g. campus fairs)
* Assist with interview scheduling and candidate communications
