What would you do? We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented skilled to join our Payments operations team as a Vice President / Senior Manager. In this role,



you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various Payment operations, including Cheques, Deposit/Lockbox Operations, Payment Investigations, Payment Execution, Reconciliations and maintenance & servicing of product requests. You will ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, streamline processes, and provide excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of Payments lifecycle (ACH/Wire/Credit Cards/Debit Cards, Cheques), Deposit/Lockbox Operations, banking operations, legal requirements, and a proven track record of managing complex payments operations processes
