Job Summary

You will help clients translate business and user needs into digitally enabled commerce solutions. The role requires a consultative techno-functional Business Analyst who can work independently in client-facing engagements, connect business objectives with platform capabilities, and enable delivery teams through transparent requirements, backlog readiness and stakeholder alignment.

Roles And Responsibilities

Independently lead requirements elicitation for assigned eCommerce workstreams by facilitating client workshops, interviews and playback sessions.
Analyze as-is processes and design to-be business, solution and system requirements in partnership with client stakeholders and delivery teams.
Create and maintain epics,



features, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, business rules, data needs and decision logs.
Own backlog readiness for upcoming sprints by planning refinement, identifying dependencies and clarifying functional and technical questions.
Act as a bridge between client Product Owner, business SMEs, UX/design, architects, developers, QA and project/program stakeholders.
Identify solution options and recommend fit-for-purpose approaches by balancing business value, user experience, feasibility and delivery complexity.
Ensure requirements and designs remain aligned throughout change, implementation, testing and release cycles.
Support UAT planning, test scenario review, defect triage and business readiness activities.
Contribute to product roadmap inputs, release scope definition and improvement ideas based on client priorities and market/platform awareness.
