Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Facade Designer role based in Thane. The Facade Designer will develop detailed facade concepts and technical designs for luxury residential projects, ensuring they align with architectural intent, performance requirements,



and brand standards. Daily responsibilities include preparing and reviewing shop drawings, coordinating with architects, engineers, and project managers, and selecting appropriate cladding and glazing systems. The role involves conducting feasibility checks, resolving design-related issues during execution, and ensuring compliance with safety, structural, and quality standards. The Facade Designer will also support material specification, cost and time optimization, and continuous improvement in design processes.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in facade design, including Facade and Facade Design.
