Job Description

Job Summary

We are looking for a Consultant with functional expertise in Supply Chain Planning and retail operations to support the implementation of SymphonyAI SCPO solutions for global retail customers.

This is a customer-facing role focused on US retailer rollout support, requiring close collaboration with business stakeholders, product teams, and implementation teams. The ideal candidate will have experience in demand planning, inventory optimization, store operations,



and master data management, along with the ability to support workshops, contribute to future-state process design, and assist in successful solution deployment.

Key Responsibilities

Functional Discovery & Process Mapping

Support discovery sessions and business workshops with retail customers to understand current-state processes, business challenges, and operational goals.
Contribute to future-state supply chain planning process design aligned with customer requirements and SymphonyAI SCPO capabilities.
Document business requirements, functional specifications, and process flows.

Configure and support supply chain planning modules across demand planning, replenishment, inventory optimization, and related planning functions.
