and supporting Workday integrations and applications. This role is ideal for an experienced Workday technologist who can independently deliver integrations, contribute to design discussions, and mentor junior developers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Design, develop, test, and support Workday integrations, including inbound, outbound, and middleware-based integrations
Build and consume JSON-based REST APIs and Workday web services (REST and SOAP) Develop integrations using EIB, Core Connectors, Studio, and Workday Extend with limited guidance
Own integration development from requirements through deployment and post-production support
Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, including error handling, retries, and performance optimization
Follow and enforce coding standards, security requirements, and integration best practices
Participate in architecture and design reviews, providing implementation-level input
