Role Description The Assistant Store Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Katwa-I, responsible for supporting overall store operations and performance.
This role involves supervising daily sales activities,



guiding store teams, and ensuring high standards of customer service and visual merchandising.
The Assistant Store Manager helps manage inventory, coordinates stock replenishment, and supports implementation of retail loss prevention measures.
The role includes monitoring key performance indicators, assisting with staff scheduling and training, and ensuring compliance with company policies and brand guidelines.
The Assistant Store Manager works closely with the Store Manager to drive revenue growth, maintain operational discipline, and deliver a consistent brand experience.

Qualifications
Graduation Prefered
Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction, with a focus on delivering a premium retail experience.
Effective Communication skills to interact with customers, guide store teams, and coordinate with internal stakeholders.
