Job Summary
We are looking for a Senior Consultant with strong expertise in Supply Chain Planning and retail operations to support the implementation of SymphonyAI SCPO solutions for global retail customers.
This is a customer-facing role focused on US retailer rollout support, requiring close collaboration with business stakeholders, product teams, and implementation teams. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in demand planning, inventory optimization, store operations,
and master data management, along with the ability to lead workshops, define future-state processes, and support successful solution deployment.
Key Responsibilities
Solution Discovery & Process Design
Lead discovery sessions and business workshops with retail customers to understand current-state processes, challenges, and business objectives.
Design future-state supply chain planning processes aligned with customer goals and SymphonyAI SCPO capabilities.
Translate business requirements into functional solution designs and implementation plans.
SCPO Implementation & Configuration
Configure and support supply chain planning modules across demand planning, replenishment, inventory optimization, and related planning functions.
Partner with technical teams to ensure successful setup of master data, planning parameters, and business rules.
