Summary:

The CAE (Computer-Aided Engineering) Applications L3 Support Specialist is responsible for providing advanced technical support and troubleshooting for CAE software solutions used within an organization. This role focuses on resolving complex application issues, collaborating with engineering teams, and ensuring the optimal performance of CAE tools.



The L3 Support Specialist acts as the final escalation point within the support hierarchy and contributes to continuous improvement of CAE application environments.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Advanced Troubleshooting:-

Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues related to CAE applications, including software crashes, performance problems, and integration errors.

Incident Management:-

Serve as the highest level of escalation for CAE application support, working closely with L1 and L2 support teams to resolve incidents efficiently.

Root Cause Analysis:-

Conduct thorough investigations to identify the root cause of recurring application issues and recommend permanent solutions.

Collaboration:-

Work with engineering, IT, and vendor teams to coordinate fixes, patches, and upgrades for CAE applications.

Application Maintenance:

Oversee the health and stability of CAE software environments, including monitoring, optimization, and preventative maintenance tasks.
