Performance reporting Data and Trend Analysis to correlate process performance. Supporting Operations team in different types of data analysis with the help of SQL and Power Bi. Creating salesforce reports for client and operational uses. Drive performance improvements through automation. Perform data analysis for generating reports on periodic basis.
