What would you do? The Learning & Development (L&D;) Analyst supports the execution and delivery of learning, talent development, and capability-building initiatives across client and internal programs.



The role is responsible for coordinating learning operations, managing training logistics, maintaining learning data and reporting, supporting stakeholder engagement, and ensuring an effective learner experience. The analyst works closely with business leaders, HR partners, trainers, vendors, and employees to support the successful implementation of learning strategies and programs

What are we looking for? Required Skills

Strong understanding of learning and development processes and training operations
Good stakeholder management and communication skills
Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and reporting tools
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other MS Office applications
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
