JOB DESCRIPTION JOB TITLE SALES & CUSTOMER RELATIONS MANAGER BUSINESS UNIT / FUNCTION Surgical LOCATION Within India as defined by Business OBJECTIVES/ PURPOSE OF JOB To maximize sales of Surgical equipment in designated markets & customers, in order to meet revenue and profitability targets through effective branding, distribution. KEY ACTIVITIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES Value creation for the B+L brand and products.
Selling of Surgical IOLs in accordance with budgeted objectives and obtain maximum revenue and volume in relation to preset standards. Meet monthly & annual targets.
To identify current locations & outlets and act as liaison between the company & customer.
Execute marketing plans to achieve sales targets unit wise & product wise.
Develop new & existing accounts to get maximum business.
Educate doctors and staff personnel of the proper handling and leading of IOLs.
Provide continuous support to relevant doctors and staff via site visits or email / phone inter
