Procurement, NDA and Colocation Role Summary- Performing the due diligence, documenting and reviewing terms and conditions and negotiating through procurement contracts/sub-contracts, proposals, agreements, statements of work, NDAs and other documents relating to various operating groups; and assist in performing due diligence to ensure process compliance and risk mitigation in accordance with company policies and procedures, applicable laws, and customer requirements.
License Management Role Summary – To support the Legal Services team in reviewing the End User License Agreement/License terms of various commercial and non-commercial software
