What you'll do: Senior Delivery Excellence Analyst in the Enterprise will…

Work closely with delivery teams to embed best practices in delivery excellence, ensuring successful outcomes for aligned programs
Track and report operational KPIs to support data-driven decision-making.



Monitor delivery performance metrics and escalate issues to ensure timely resolution
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement in delivery practices.
Conduct process reviews and identify inefficiencies, recommending actionable improvements.
Assist in designing and implementing process improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, or Agile methodologies.
Identify operational bottlenecks and support initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Participate in change management initiatives by supporting communication, training, and stakeholder engagement activities.
Help assess the impact of changes and gather feedback to refine implementation strategies.
Promote adoption of current tools, processes, and systems across teams.
