This role is ideal for professionals with 1 to 3 years of hands-on
experience in US IT Recruitment and Staffing who possess excellent communication skills, a strong sourcing mindset, and the ability to thrive in a quick-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for US IT positions, from sourcing to onboarding.
Source and engage qualified candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, databases, and networking channels.
Utilize Boolean search techniques and advanced sourcing strategies to identify top talent.
Conduct candidate screening, qualification, and initial interviews.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for current and future hiring needs.
Work closely with recruiters, account managers, clients,



and implementation partners to understand hiring requirements.
Coordinate interview schedules and facilitate smooth candidate communication throughout the hiring process.
Maintain accurate candidate records and ensure ATS/database updates are completed regularly.
Meet recruitment targets while delivering a positive candidate experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications
1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in US IT Recruitment and Staffing.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills; must be comfortable in a client-facing environment.
Strong experience in sourcing candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and Boolean search techniques.
Good understanding of US IT technologies, job roles, and recruitment processes.
Experience working with US Citizens, Green Card holders, and other authorized candidates is preferred.
