We are looking forward to hire a Security Analyst to support day-to-day operations of WAF and HA load balancing platforms, assisting in monitoring, onboarding, and incident response for IT and business systems.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor Radware/Imperva WAF dashboards and escalate anomalies to senior engineers
Assist in application onboarding onto WAF and HA modules following documented procedures.
Perform routine tasks such as signature updates, policy checks, and health monitoring
Maintain operational checklists, SOPs, and incident documentation.
Support UAT for new versions or patches, ensuring results are logged.
Provide first-line participation in incident calls by preparing notes and performing initial checks.
Skills & Knowledge
Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, HTTP, SSL/TLS, DNS).
Exposure to firewalls, load balancers, or cloud security concepts.
Familiarity with OWASP Top 10 and DDoS basics.
Ability to write explicit documentation and escalate issues promptly.
Qualifications/Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering.
2-5 years of experience in IT/security/network operations.
