As a Management Trainee, you will undergo structured training and mentorship to develop expertise in sales, business development, and client relationship management. This role prepares postgraduates and final-year students for future leadership positions by providing exposure to market research, fintech product adoption, and grassroots client engagement.

Responsibilities

Assist in identifying and onboarding cooperative banks and credit societies.
Support senior managers in relationship building and stakeholder engagement.
Participate in product presentations and client demos.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client success.
Travel across your region (7-10 days/month) for client meetings and demos.

Requirements

Postgraduate degree in Management with specialisation in Sales, Marketing, Finance, or Operations.
Final-year management students specialising in these fields may also apply.
Solid communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in the local/regional language is mandatory.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
