Creative Growth Strategist

We are looking for a Creative Growth Strategist to build Greensigma’s content and creative growth engine.
This is not a regular social media posting role.
You will work closely with the Founder and Growth Marketing Manager to convert product insights, customer pain points, campaign data, market trends, and founder ideas into content that:
builds trust
educates investors
strengthens the Greensigma brand
supports paid campaigns
generates qualified demand
improves webinar registrations and demo bookings
Key ResponsibilitiesContent and Brand Strategy
Develop monthly content strategies aligned with business and growth goals.
Build content pillars and editorial calendars.
Maintain a consistent brand voice across LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, X, email, WhatsApp, blogs, landing pages, and advertisements.
Simplify systematic investing and complex financial concepts for retail investors.
Founder-Led Content
Convert founder conversations, voice notes, opinions, and experiences into engaging LinkedIn posts, reels, videos,



and thought-leadership content.
Preserve the Founder’s natural voice while improving structure, clarity, and engagement.
Build authority around systematic investing, portfolio discipline, investing psychology, and evidence-based decision-making.
Creative Campaign Development
Work with the Growth Marketing Manager to develop:
Meta ad concepts and hooks
founder-led video advertisements
campaign messaging
webinar campaigns
product launch campaigns
landing-page messaging
promotional and educational campaigns
social-proof and objection-handling creatives
Video Content Strategy
Plan and script:
Instagram Reels
YouTube Shorts
long-form YouTube videos
product demonstrations
customer stories
educational videos
founder-led videos
You will also prepare explicit editor briefs, review video output, provide feedback, and ensure consistent quality.
