Role Overview
Responsible for preparing accurate project costings and BOQs for exhibition booths and event builds, ensuring competitive pricing while protecting margins.
Key Responsibilities
Review design drawings and briefs to prepare detailed BOQs and cost estimates
Source and compare vendor quotations (fabrication, materials, rentals, graphics, AV)
Work closely with Project Managers and Designers to ensure feasibility and cost efficiency
Optimise designs from a cost vs impact perspective




Maintain updated rate cards, vendor database, and historical costing data
Support quick turnaround for pitch-stage estimates
Track estimated vs actual costs post-project for learning and control
Requirements
2–5 years of experience in exhibition, events, or interior fit-outs
Strong understanding of materials, fabrication, and production processes
Proficiency in Excel (BOQs, costing sheets)
Ability to read basic design drawings (2D/3D)
Good negotiation and vendor coordination skills
