Skills and Competencies

Experience in product analysis, business analysis,



financial technology or digital assets
Demonstrated understanding of digital asset market structure, tokenization, stablecoins, distributed ledger technologies and emerging financial market infrastructure
Experience translating business requirements into product capabilities, technical requirements and implementation plans in collaboration with engineering and architecture teams
Experience supporting product roadmap execution, capability scaling and delivery of technology-enabled solutions in a cross-functional environment
Ability to translate complex analytical, market and business considerations into scalable capabilities and strategic initiatives
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to synthesize complex topics for senior stakeholders
Working knowledge of structured and unstructured data across on-chain and off-chain sources
