Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Salesperson role based in the Pune Division. The Salesperson will engage with prospective and existing customers, understand their home automation and home theatre needs, and present tailored solutions that align with GRAY9’s offerings.

Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting product demonstrations, preparing and following up on quotations, managing the sales pipeline, and closing deals. The role also involves coordinating with technical and installation teams, maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, and providing post-sale support to ensure customer satisfaction. The Salesperson is expected to build long-term relationships, meet or exceed sales targets,



and represent GRAY9 professionally in all interactions.

Qualifications

- Strong consultative sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to identify customer needs and propose appropriate solutions.
- Knowledge or interest in home automation, audio-visual systems, and consumer electronics, with the ability to learn technical product details quickly.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including explicit presentation abilities and confident client engagement in person and over phone/email.
- Ability to manage time effectively, handle multiple opportunities in a sales pipeline, and work toward defined targets and deadlines.
- Comfort with basic digital tools and CRM or sales management software to track leads, opportunities, and customer information.
- Prior experience in retail, technology, or solution-based sales is preferred; experience in home automation or home theatre solutions is an advantage.
- Minimum educational qualification: high school diploma; a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is beneficial.
- Willingness to work on-site in the Pune Division, including occasional evenings or weekends depending on customer needs.
