Hiring | Salesforce Technical Architect

Location: Gurgaon

Experience: 8-12 Years

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Salesforce delivery for Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A;), including org migrations, system consolidation, and cross-platform integrations.

Design scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Salesforce CPQ.

Drive data migration, data quality, reconciliation, and ETL/ELT initiatives in collaboration with Data Warehouse and Integration teams.

Develop and oversee solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), APIs, and Agentforce.

Collaborate with Product Managers, TPMs, Engineering, and Business Operations to deliver seamless post-merger integrations.

Provide technical leadership, architecture guidance,



and best practices across Salesforce implementations.

Required Skills:

8-12+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience

Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud & Experience Cloud

Salesforce CPQ

Apex, LWC, Lightning Platform

REST/SOAP APIs & Integration Frameworks

Data Migration, ETL/ELT & Data Warehouse concepts

M&A;, Org Migration, or Enterprise Salesforce Consolidation experience

Robust stakeholder management and technical leadership skills

Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
