Role Overview :

We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer with strong hands-on experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud to design, develop, and optimize customer engagement campaigns. The ideal candidate should have prior MNC experience, excellent communication skills, and be available to join immediately or within the notice period.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement solutions using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Build and manage customer journeys using Journey Builder.
- Create and execute email campaigns using Email Studio.
- Develop dynamic and personalized email templates using AMPscript, SSJS, and HTML/CSS.
- Configure and manage Automation Studio workflows for campaign automation.
- Build and optimize audience segmentation using SQL and Data Extensions.
- Integrate Salesforce Marketing Cloud with Salesforce CRM and third-party applications.
- Develop APIs and integrations for marketing automation processes.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize deliverability and engagement.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely production support.




- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
- Follow Salesforce development best practices, coding standards, and documentation.

Required Skills :

- 4 to 6 years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud development.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (mandatory).
- Excellent experience with Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio, Contact Builder, and Mobile Studio.
- Strong knowledge of AMPscript, Server-Side JavaScript (SSJS), HTML, CSS, and SQL.
- Experience in Data Extensions, Audience Segmentation, and Personalization.
- Hands-on experience with Marketing Cloud APIs and third-party integrations.
- Knowledge of Salesforce CRM integration with Marketing Cloud.
- Understanding of REST/SOAP APIs and web services.
- Experience in campaign automation, email deliverability, and performance optimization.
- Familiarity with Git, Agile methodologies, and CI/CD practices.
- Solid analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer Certification preferred.
- Strong stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills.
