Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Salesforce Developer role based in Ranchi.

The Salesforce

Developer will design, develop, test, and deploy custom solutions on the Salesforce platform, including configuration, customization, and integration with other systems. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating and maintaining Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, Lightning components, and flows; troubleshooting technical issues; and optimizing existing Salesforce implementations. The role involves collaborating with business and functional teams to gather requirements, translating them into technical designs, and ensuring solutions follow best practices and security standards.

Developer will also support releases, perform code reviews, and contribute to documentation and user training as needed.

Qualifications

Strong Salesforce development skills, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce configuration (objects, fields, workflows, validation rules).

Experience with integrations and data management, such as REST/SOAP APIs, web services, data migration tools, and Salesforce data modeling.

Knowledge of software development practices, including version control, unit testing, debugging, and adherence to secure coding standards.

Ability to work with stakeholders to gather requirements, translate business needs into technical specifications, and deliver explicit documentation.

Relevant Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I, Administrator) are highly beneficial.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate within cross-functional teams in an on-site environment.
