We are looking for a Salesforce Developer with 2–4 years of experience to join our Retail and Commerce Systems team. You will design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce solutions that support Sales, Marketing, Service, Finance, and Data Engineering functions. The role involves working closely with business stakeholders to deliver scalable and efficient Salesforce solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, and implement Salesforce solutions.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Service, Finance, and Data Engineering teams to gather requirements.
- Develop custom applications, workflows, and integrations within Salesforce.
- Build solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce APIs.
- Optimize Salesforce performance and scalability.
- Participate in code reviews and follow development best practices.
- Troubleshoot application issues and support deployments.
- Maintain technical documentation and development standards.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT,



or a related field.
- 2–4 years of software development experience.
- Hands-on Salesforce development experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.

- Strong knowledge of

- Apex

- Visualforce

- Lightning Web Components (LWC)

- JavaScript and CSS

- SOQL/SOSL
- Salesforce APIs and Force.com
- Solid analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a hybrid model and collaborate with global teams.

Preferred Qualifications

- Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification.
- Experience in the manufacturing domain.
- Knowledge of Salesforce configuration, including Flows, Validation Rules, and Security Controls.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with other business systems.
- Understanding of release management, source control, and deployment best practices.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
