Salesforce Developer

Role Summary

We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Developer with ~3+ years of experience in Salesforce development, customization, and support. Strong hands-on expertise in Apex, LWC, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and FSL is required

.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop Apex classes, triggers, and batch processes for business logic implementation.
- Design and build Lightning Web Components (LWC) with optimized performance and user experience.
- Work on Sales Cloud and Service Cloud development, including customization of standard objects, workflows, flows, and automation.
- Build and enhance Lightning Web Components (LWC) with solid UI/UX focus.
- Integrate frontend components with Apex controllers and manage client-side logic.
- Configure Field Service Lightning (FSL) features based on business needs.
- Perform data migration and data handling using Data Loader/Workbench.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies like stand-ups and sprint planning.

Added Responsibility (SLA & Ticketing)

- Handle production support activities, including raising, tracking, and resolving tickets in tools like JIRA/ServiceNow.




- Ensure timely resolution of incidents and service requests within defined SLA timelines.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies such as daily stand-ups and sprint planning.
- Handle production support activities, including raising, tracking, and resolving tickets using tools like JIRA/ServiceNow.
- Prioritize and manage tickets based on severity and business impact.
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement long-term fixes.
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders on ticket status and SLA adherence.
- Support post-deployment issue handling and release support activities.
