Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Data Cloud & Agentforce Developer to design, develop, and implement enterprise-grade Salesforce solutions with a strong focus on Salesforce Data Cloud, Agentforce, Einstein AI, and Generative AI capabilities. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Salesforce platform development, AI-driven automation, system integrations, and modern Salesforce architecture while delivering scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions.

Build modern user interfaces using Lightning Web Components (LWC) and advanced JavaScript (ES6+).

Develop and maintain Visualforce pages where required.

Create efficient SOQL and SOSL queries following Salesforce best practices.

Configure and customize Salesforce using:

Approval Processes

Platform Events

Record-Triggered Flows

Screen Flows

Salesforce Data Cloud & Agentforce

Design and implement solutions using Salesforce Data Cloud for unified customer data management.

Develop AI-powered applications using Salesforce Agentforce.

Configure Data Cloud ingestion, identity resolution, segmentation, and activation.

Develop AI agents capable of automating customer interactions and business processes.

Integrate Agentforce with Salesforce applications and external enterprise systems.

5+ years of Salesforce development experience.

4+ years of experience with:

Strong experience in Apex, LWC, and Salesforce platform customization.

Experience designing secure Salesforce architecture and data models.

Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
