Role & responsibilities

- Architect and design enterprise Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Data Cloud.

- Define scalable data architecture, data modeling, governance, and master data management strategies.

- Design secure integration solutions using REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, Platform Events, and event-driven architecture.

- Lead Salesforce security and identity implementations, including SSO, OAuth, SAML, and Salesforce Identity.

- Ensure platform scalability, performance optimization, and compliance with Salesforce best practices and governor limits.

- Conduct architecture reviews, provide technical guidance, and mentor development teams.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders, enterprise architects, and delivery teams to translate business requirements into scalable solutions.

- Drive platform optimization, solution roadmaps, and Salesforce adoption initiatives.

Preferred candidate profile

- 1015 years of IT experience with 10+ years in Salesforce, including Solution/Technical Architecture.





- Strong expertise across multiple Salesforce Clouds, especially Sales, Service, Experience, Marketing, and Data Cloud.

- Hands-on experience in Salesforce Data Architecture, Data Modeling, Large Data Volumes (LDV), and enterprise integrations.

- Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flow, REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, Platform Events, OAuth, SAML, and SSO.

- Robust understanding of Salesforce security, scalability, governor limits, and performance optimization.

- Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, consulting, and communication skills.

- Salesforce Architect certifications (Application Architect, System Architect, Integration Architect, Data Architect, Sharing & Visibility Architect, or CTA) are highly preferred.

- Experience leading enterprise Salesforce implementations in Agile environments.
