Role & responsibilities

- Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered solutions using Salesforce Agentforce.

- Build AI Agents, Prompt Builder automations, and Salesforce Flows.

- Develop and customize Apex classes, Triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce as needed.

- Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.

- Configure and customize Sales Cloud and Service Cloud solutions.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.

- Perform unit testing, code reviews, deployments, and production support.

- Follow Salesforce security, coding standards, Git, CI/CD, and Agile best practices.

Preferred candidate profile

- 58 years of Salesforce development experience.

- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Agentforce,



Salesforce AI, and Prompt Builder.

- Solid expertise in Apex, LWC, SOQL, Flows, and Salesforce automation.

- Experience with REST/SOAP integrations and API development.

- Good knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Salesforce security.

- Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile/Scrum methodology.

- Salesforce certifications such as AI Associate, Agentforce Specialist, Platform Developer I/II are preferred.

- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
