Job Summary

Aimlay Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Sales Trainer to train and develop BPO sales teams. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sales training, product training, and performance coaching, preferably in the EdTech/BPO industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct induction and product training for recent hires.
- Deliver sales process, objection handling, and communication training.
- Design and execute refresher training programs.
- Monitor trainee performance and provide feedback/coaching.
- Conduct mock calls, role plays, and sales assessments.
- Collaborate with Team Leaders and Managers to improve team productivity.
- Prepare training reports, MIS, and performance evaluations.

Requirements

- Minimum 3–4 years of experience as a Sales Trainer.
- Experience in BPO Sales Training is mandatory.




- Strong experience in Product Training.
- EdTech sales training experience will be preferred.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and coaching skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
