Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Telecaller role based in Patna.

The Sales

Telecaller will make outbound calls to potential clients, introduce Scrollwell’s training programs, and clearly explain service offerings and perks. The role includes following up on leads, maintaining call records, and updating customer information in the CRM or relevant databases.

Telecaller will handle inbound inquiries, address basic questions, and redirect complex queries to appropriate team members.



Daily responsibilities also involve meeting call and conversion targets, coordinating with the sales and marketing teams, and providing feedback on customer needs and market trends. Qualifications

Strong verbal communication skills in English and local languages, with clear articulation and active listening abilities.

Customer service and relationship-building skills, including patience, empathy, and a professional telephone manner.

Basic sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to handle objections and convert prospects into enrolled clients.

Comfort using phones, computers, and CRM or lead management tools for data entry and call tracking.

Ability to work on-site in Patna, manage time effectively, and meet daily and weekly performance targets.

Prior experience in telecalling, inside sales, or customer support is preferred but not mandatory.

Minimum educational qualification: high school diploma; a graduate degree in any discipline is an advantage.

Interest in the education and training sector, with a willingness to learn about Scrollwell’s programs and services.
