Sales Team Lead

Location: Ernakulam, Kerala

About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and target-driven Sales Team Lead to lead our Distribution Sales team in Kerala. The ideal candidate should have experience in FMCG, Tyre, Automotive, Consumer Goods, Distribution, or Channel Sales and be passionate about driving sales growth, expanding the distributor network, and leading a high-performing field sales team.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage a team of Sales Executives to achieve monthly sales targets.
- Develop and maintain relationships with distributors, dealers, retailers, and channel partners.
- Expand the distributor network and identify new business opportunities.
- Monitor daily sales performance and ensure target achievement.
- Conduct regular market visits to support the sales team and analyze competitor activities.
- Train, coach, and motivate team members to improve productivity.
- Execute sales and promotional activities in the assigned territory.




- Prepare sales reports, MIS, and market feedback for management.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order execution and customer support.
- Travel across the assigned territory to manage distributors and drive business growth.

Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 2–3 years of experience in Distribution Sales, FMCG Sales, Channel Sales, Field Sales, or Territory Sales.
- Experience in handling distributors, dealers, or retailers.
- Prior experience leading a sales team is preferred.
- Solid communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Good knowledge of the Kerala market.
- Proficiency in MS Excel is an advantage.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
