Purpose/Objective To manage end to end marine fuel trade transaction with precision.

Executive will undergo intensive training to learn the fundamentals of marine fuel logistics and vessel coordination.

Assist the operations team in scheduling bunker deliveries, updating vessel tracking systems, and preparing critical maritime documentation.

Perform related research & analysis to provide strategic and operational support to traders.

Liaising with internal & external stake holders.

Key Responsibilities of Role

- Work closely with trading team to optimize bunker sales operations - Manage day-to-day field operations to ensure smooth barge, pipeline, and tank truck movements.
- Coordinate with shipping agencies, port officials, surveyors, and other stakeholders for daily bunker supply execution.
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and international bunkering guidelines.




- Prepare operational reports in Excel as required.
- Work collaboratively with internal team, including marketing, operation and finance - Review vendor bills and issue work orders as required.
- Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Office.
- Actively participate in current and future projects designed to improve processes and procedures, maintain an awareness of digital/market developments in the bunkering space - Support as required for current or existing projects which may be outside of day-to-day responsibilities.

Qualifications and Experience

Education Qualification • Recent College Graduate with a bachelor’s degree or Diploma in – Maritime studies, Engineering, supply chain logistics or related field.

Work Experience • 1-2 years
