DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a driven and technically driven Go-to-Market (GTM) Engineer to join our growing team. This role is ideal for professionals with 1–2 years of experience who are passionate about building scalable growth systems, optimizing sales and marketing processes, and driving business growth through technology and data.

WHAT YOU'LL DBE WORKING ON
Develop and execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies across Product-Led Growth (PLG), enterprise sales, partnerships, and outbound channels.
Drive product growth by improving user onboarding, activation, conversion, and customer retention.
Build and manage strategic partnerships with SMEs, technology partners, and ecosystem stakeholders to expand business opportunities.
Identify and experiment with new customer segments, markets, and service offerings to drive scalable growth.
Design and execute customer engagement initiatives through communities, referrals, events, and advocacy programs.
Gather customer feedback, identify pain points, and collaborate with Product and Operations teams to enhance the customer experience.




Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to refine GTM strategies and strengthen market positioning.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement growth initiatives and optimize business processes.
Analyze campaign and business performance metrics to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
REQUIREMENT

1–2 years of experience in Growth, Go-to-Market (GTM), Business Development, or a related role.
Proven ability to build processes, test ideas, and solve problems in a fast-paced environme
Experience working across customer acquisition channels, including Product-Led Growth (PLG), SMB sales, or outbound sales.
Robust analytical skills with the ability to interpret customer behavior, product usage, and business metrics.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present ideas, conduct product demonstrations, negotiate partne
