Position Purpose
The Group Control Tower ensures that the process and the different official regulations are well respected in Change Management.
Its right of oversight is total and guarantees the stability of Production worldwide and in all Entities.
The Group Control Tower is daily helped by the Operational Control Towers which assess the changes of their local entity.
As a Change Manager for the Group Control Tower, your mission will be to ensure the proper compliance of changes operated on the IT production of BNP Paribas Group.
Responsibilities
Direct Responsibilities
Follow the change workflow and provide your approval on Service Now.
Support the Entities, so they manage change in compliance with the Group’s process and recommendations.
Thanks to performant Service Now dashboards, you will identify major changes and ensure that all Entities are aware of the risks and impacts during a weekly meeting planned every Wednesday.
With the team you will participate in the drafting of the PowerPoint material that will be presented during a validation meeting with all the CTOs of the Group every Thursday.
