Role Overview
We are looking for a result-oriented Business Development Manager – Investor Relations Services who will identify prospective companies, meet their promoters and senior management, present Stock Knocks’ IR offerings and onboard them as clients.
The role requires a combination of field sales, relationship building,



understanding of capital markets and the ability to communicate the value of skilled Investor Relations services.
The selected candidate will represent Stock Knocks in meetings with promoters, directors, CFOs, company secretaries and other key decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and approach listed companies, SME-listed companies, IPO-bound companies and other suitable corporate prospects.
Arrange and conduct meetings with promoters, directors, CFOs, company secretaries and senior management.
Understand each company’s business, investor communication gaps, market perception and IR requirements.
Present Stock Knocks’ Investor Relations, PR, content, video and investor engagement services.
Explain how Stock Knocks can help companies improve investor visibility, market communication and engagement with existing and prospective investors.
Develop customised proposals and commercial offerings based on the company’s requirements.
