We are looking for an organized and proactive HR Admin to support daily HR operations and administrative activities. The role involves maintaining employee records, assisting in recruitment, coordinating HR processes, and ensuring smooth office administration.
Key Responsibilities
HR Responsibilities:
Maintain and update employee records, files, and HR databases
Assist in onboarding and offboarding formalities
Support attendance, leave, and payroll coordination
Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws
Handle employee queries related to HR policies and procedures
Support Resourcing coordination
agreements, and coordination for timely services
Handle asset management including allocation, tracking, and records of company assets (laptops, ID cards, access cards, etc.)
Ensure proper maintenance and inventory of office assets
Support general office administration activities as required
Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate in HR, Business Administration, or related field
Robust organizational and coordination skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Basic knowledge of HR processes and labor compliance
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
