Location: KALISTA Store, Chattarpur, New Delhi

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist customers with a warm, premium in-store experience.
• Understand each client’s occasion, preferences, and budget to curate personalized looks.
• Style customers across our collections, including festive wear, occasion wear, and bridal ensembles.
• Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets.
• Maintain excellent product knowledge, including fabrics, silhouettes, fits, and styling techniques.
• Ensure impeccable visual merchandising and store presentation.




• Coordinate with the alterations and operations teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
• Capture customer details and maintain regular follow-ups through CRM/WhatsApp.

We’re Looking For:

• 3-4 years of experience in luxury fashion, premium retail, or ethnic wear sales.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A strong sense of style and an eye for fashion.
• Self-motivated, customer-focused, and target-driven.
• Willingness to work weekends and festive seasons.
