Role Description The Relationship Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Karnataka, India. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for sourcing and acquiring new customers for home loans and related financial products, while maintaining solid relationships with existing customers.



Day-to-day tasks include assessing customer requirements, explaining loan products and terms, assisting with documentation, and coordinating with internal teams for timely processing and disbursal. The role involves regular follow-ups, managing customer queries and issues, and ensuring a high standard of service throughout the loan lifecycle. The Relationship Manager will also work towards achieving sales targets, gathering market insights, and promoting ICICI HFC’s offerings within the local community and partner networks.
