We are looking for a result-driven Business Manager – B2B Sales with solid experience in outbound sales and CXO-level engagement to drive revenue growth for our IT Services portfolio. The ideal candidate will hunt for new business opportunities, build senior stakeholder relationships, and close high-value deals.
Key Responsibilities
Drive B2B outbound sales for IT services using cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach
Identify, connect, and engage with CXOs (CEO, CTO, CIO, CFO, etc.) for business opportunities
Own and achieve revenue targets on a monthly/quarterly basis
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
Develop new business opportunities and expand existing accounts
Build strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
Collaborate with pre-sales and delivery teams for customized client solutions
Prepare and deliver impactful presentations to senior leadership (CXO level)
Maintain a strong sales pipeline and provide accurate forecasts
Negotiate contracts and ensure profitable closures
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience in B2B Sales / Business Development within IT Services
Strong experience in outbound sales (hunting role)
Demonstrated ability to engage and sell to CXO-level stakeholders
Consistent track record of achieving revenue targets
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Strong understanding of IT services (software development, staffing, digital transformation, etc.)
Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive approach
