POSITION OVERVIEW We are seeking a dynamic and entrepreneurial Sales Head to lead business growth in the luxury outdoor furniture segment. This role requires a strong leader with proven expertise in project-based sales, particularly within hospitality, high-end residential, and commercial spaces. The ideal candidate will bring a consultative sales approach, a solid industry network, and the ability to drive revenue while building long-term strategic relationships.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Business Development & Revenue Growth: Drive new business opportunities across luxury residential, hospitality, and commercial segments
Key Account Management: Build and nurture relationships with architects, interior designers, PMC consultants, real estate developers, and hotel procurement teams • Project Sales Ownership: Manage the complete sales lifecycle from lead generation and client engagement to proposal development, negotiation, and deal closure • Market Expansion: Identify new markets, channels, and partnerships to scale the brand presence • Pipeline & Forecasting:



Maintain a robust sales pipeline, track opportunities, and provide accurate revenue forecasts • Brand Representation: Represent the brand at industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums • Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and drive performance of the sales team; establish clear KPIs and accountability

CANDIDATE PROFILE • Experience: 8–15 years in project sales within furniture, outdoor furniture, luxury home décor, or interior solutions • Industry Exposure: Strong experience in hospitality, luxury residential, or commercial project sales • Network: Established relationships within the architecture, design, and hospitality ecosystem • Skills: Strong negotiation and closing ability; excellent communication and presentation skills; strategic thinking with execution focus • Traits: Self-driven, result-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment • Mobility: Willingness to tra
