We support Zero-Based Budgeting, Cost Optimization, Target Operating Model design, Platform Transformation, and AI-led Business Reinvention through data-backed insights.

What You Will Do

As part of the Strategy & Consulting team, you will:

Lead Benchmarking Engagements: Work directly with global clients to define scope, identify peer groups, develop detailed benchmarking reports, and present insights to CXOs and functional leaders.
Drive Process & Platform Transformation: Partner with clients on cost optimization, zero-based budgeting, shared services strategy,



and platform-led transformation programs, with a focus on measurable impact.
Deliver Functional Insights: Dive deep into Finance, HR, Supply Chain, Procurement, or IT processes, identifying KPIs and process-level levers to drive business value.
Lead AI & Technology Reinvention: Identify and frame opportunities for AI-driven reinvention across functions helping clients understand how GenAI and intelligent automation can reshape operating models and unlock new value.
Develop Business Cases: Translate benchmarking and AI prospect insights into transformation projects and business value realization plans, enabling end-to-end consulting impact.
Co-create IP Assets: Enhance EVT's proprietary models and tools, working alongside Accenture's global knowledge hubs and functional leads.

Consulting Experience

Must-Have Experience & Skills

3–5 years of experience in management/strategy consulting.
Strong exposure to process benchmarking
