Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Manager at Khashsoft. The Sales Manager will identify and qualify new business opportunities, build and manage a pipeline of prospective clients, and lead the end-to-end sales cycle for software development and IT solutions. Daily responsibilities include conducting discovery calls,



preparing proposals, presenting tailored solution demos in collaboration with technical teams, and negotiating contracts. The role involves maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, tracking sales performance against targets, and providing regular forecasting and reporting to leadership. The Sales Manager will also collaborate with delivery and product teams to ensure client expectations are clearly communicated and met.
Qualifications

Proven experience in B2B software or IT services sales, preferably in custom software development or technology consulting.
Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts related to software development, system integration, and IT solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
Solid skills in prospecting, lead qualification, pipeline management, and consultative selling.
