Role Description We are looking for a forward-thinking SEO Manager who goes beyond traditional search optimization. This role is for someone who deeply understands how AI is reshaping search — from Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) to Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) — and has the hands-on experience to prove it. You will lead SEO strategy across multiple client accounts, manage a team,



and help us build AI-powered workflows that put our clients ahead of the curve.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and drive SEO strategy across Technical, Content, Local, and E-commerce verticals for multiple client accounts
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of SEO executives and content writers
• Develop and implement AEO/GEO strategies to ensure client visibility in AI-generated search results (Google SGE, ChatGPT, Perplexity, etc.)
• Conceptualize and help build AI agent workflows for SEO automation — keyword research, content briefs, reporting, and rank tracking
• Build and manage automated SEO workflows using n8n and/or Make
• Conduct in-depth technical SEO audits — crawlability, Core Web Vitals, site architecture, schema markup, and indexation
• Build and execute content SEO strategies aligned with search intent, topical authority, and AI-driven content models
• Manage local SEO for multi-location brands — GMB optimization, local citations, and ge
